Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing statutory rate. A packaging and/or delivery charge may apply and will be shown before you pay.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. By paying online you also agree to the payment provider's terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, your order may not be processed.

4. Pickup & delivery

For pickup orders, please collect within the time indicated. For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available at the address and the contact number is reachable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Food information & allergens

Lajawab is a 100% pure-vegetarian kitchen. While we take care, our kitchen handles ingredients such as dairy, gluten, nuts and soya. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
